Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to grow our business in Latin America. You will play a vital role in generating B2B sales to financial institutions in Latin America. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, developing interest and closing deals. The role can be based in Latin America or in the Netherlands. It may require some travel to establish the necessary business relationships and customer acquisition.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities

  • Exceed your respective monthly and quarterly targets

  • Build strong relationships with Microfinance Institutions and SME-Banks

  • Be passionate about conveying and demonstrating the value of MoneyPhone’s solutions to win new sales opportunities

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers and assume responsibility for escalation of issues to appropriate team


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 

  • 3+ years of proven track record in sales positions preferably selling B2B digital solutions

  • Experience working in a fast-paced (Fin)Tech company is a plus

  • Experience working with MFIs and/or ‘Impact Finance’ is a plus

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Strong work ethic and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (native or near-native)
