Can another loan officer work on the loan application?


The loan is assigned to only one loan officer. Only this loan officer can work on the loan. If you want another loan officer to work on the loan, you should assign the loan to the other loan officer in the management portal. Be aware that you can't view the loan after you assigned it to someone else.




Can I reopen a loan?


In the management portal you can reopen a loan application by opening the loan and choosing 'Reopen loan application'




Can I change the phone number of the applicant?


In the management portal you can change the phone number of the applicant in the loan application.




Can I change the loan amount?


In the management portal you can change the loan amount in the loan application details




Can I change the name of the Guarantor?


In the management portal you can change the name of the Guarantor in the loan application details




What happens If the guarantor invited does not want to be the guarantor?


If the guarantor invited did not agree to be the guarantor for the loan, this will be mentioned in the management portal. You can contact the applicant and ask for another guarantor.




Can I reopen the guarantor intake?


In the management portal you can reopen a loan application by opening the loan and choosing 'Reopen loan application'




Can I make a hard copy export of the loan details?


In the management portal you can select a loan and choose the action "Export to Excel"




Can I see what the application form looks like?


In the management portal you can open the loan application details and copy the user link to open in a browser.




Can I change the status of a loan?


In the management portal you can open the loan status details and perform an action such as approve or reject to change the state of the loan.




Where can I see the loan terms the applicant has agreed upon?


In the management portal you can view all loans and open the loan application details. In the section 'Loan terms' you can see the terms that apply to the loan.




Can I delete a loan application?


If you have the permission to delete a loan, you can do this in the management portal. Here you can view all loans, select a loan, and choose in 'Actions' for ' Delete'. Be aware that it is only allowed to delete loans created for test purposes.




Can I add comments to a loan application?


In the management portal you can use the field 'Description' in the section 'Basic information' in the loan application details to add your comments.




Who can see the loan details?


Loan officers can only see the loans and the loan details of loans that are assigned to them. Administrators of the management portal can see all the loans.




When will a loan application appear in the management portal?


As soon as a person has submitted the registration form on the website, the loan application appears in the management portal with status 'Draft'
